Verification & timing

To protect your privacy, we will take reasonable steps to verify your identity before fulfilling a request, and we may be unable to fulfill a request we cannot verify. We respond within the timeframe required by applicable law. You may designate an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf, subject to verification. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
